Sometimes the product you purchased is just not how you imagined when you looked at the website. We understand that shopping online is not the same as being in store and we want to make it easy for you.

 

At Museum Made we pride ourselves on providing a superior level of service and appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase that the situation can be rectified.

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund the purchase price using the method how you originally paid. This offer is subject to the following conditions:

 

  • The item is in original, unused condition
  • The item was originally purchased from Museum Made

 

Sale items are not refundable.

Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. Australia Post and other carriers offer this service.

 

Please include a note with your address and phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or invoice.
